The Quality Care Certification Process is implemented and strictly followed as per the following:
1 - Quality Care Implementation completed in one year
2 - Quality Care Pre-audit and process implementation
3 - Quality Care Official audit after 2 month since Pre-audit finished
4 - Quality Care Certificate handover to dealer after three months to sustain the process
5 - Quality Care Surveillance audit will be conducted every year to re-certify the quality care process implementation.
