The Quality Care Audit Process is implemented and strictly followed as per the following:
1 - Quality Care Implementation completed in one year
2 - Quality Care Pre-audit and process implementation, Audit results must be over 70% as per FAP minimum requirement
3 - Quality Care Official audit after 2 month since Pre-audit finished, Audit results must be over 80% as per FAP minimum requirement
4 - Quality Care Surveillance audit will be conducted every year, Quality care sustainment guide must be applied and completted for dealer every quater
